Tempting the Moon now available!

For those of you who missed it, Tempting the Moon is now out.  Originally published in The Stroke of Midnight anthology in late 2013, it has since been revised (adding almost 2000 words to the story) and re-released on its own.  With the new year here, it’s the perfect time to pick it up!

Journey back to when Melena was still separated from Lucas and struggling to find her way in the supernatural world.  See what started the relationship between Emily and Hunter.  At 12k words this might be one of the shorter installments in the series, but it’s a story that makes every moment count. Below is the summary and retailer links:

Darkness Clashes is now available!

Darkness Clashes coverThanks to everyone for their patience.  I’m happy to let you all know Darkness Clashes is now available on all retailer sites (Amazon/B&N/iTunes/Kobo).  You can find links to them at the bottom of this post.  My apologies to everyone who has been waiting and thanks for all the lovely emails.  I’ll be responding to them today.

I’ve also chosen four random winners from those who participated in the giveaway (see this post).  They can expect an email from me letting them know they’ve won.  Everyone else who participated will be receiving bookmarks soon if they’ve provided me with a mailing address.

What to expect:

Though this isn’t my longest book, it does have some complicated plot threads that required a greater balancing act than previous novels to make them as seamless as possible.  Character motivations are much more murky with no easy sides to take.  Melena will have a lot of tough choices.  It is also set at a faster pace and over a shorter period than what I usually do for my books.  I hope you enjoy the ride!

New release date for Darkness Clashes and sale for Darkness Haunts

I’ve been putting this off because I was hoping I wouldn’t have to let you all down, but revisions for Darkness Clashes are taking longer than expected.   It’s my hope to make this the best novel yet and that’s not something that can be rushed.  The new release date is September 14th (just under three weeks from now).  Please don’t shoot me…at least not if you want to get the book eventually!

To make it up to you all, I will be posting the first three chapters by the end of the week to tide you over.  There will also be a chance to get some cool promo items in that post.  Just make sure to check back so you can get the details (I promise it’s easy).

Also, I’ve reduced the price of the first novel in the series, Darkness Haunts, to 99 cents.  This sale only lasts until Friday, August 29th, before it goes back up to $3.99.  If you know anyone who might be interested in trying the book out this would be the time for them to grab a copy.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.  I promise the delay for Darkness Clashes will be worth it 🙂

Darkness Divides is now Available!

Darkness Divides coverThanks to everyone for their patience.  I’m excited to let you all know Darkness Divides is now available on Amazon and as soon as it is available with other retailers I’ll post the links for them here as well.  For those wondering, this novel came to almost 108k words, which is the longest one I’ve released yet (see the book tab above for word count on the others).  This is honestly my favorite novel so far, but I’m biased so I’ll leave it up to you all to decide what you think!

As a release day bonus, the first twenty people who comment on this post will be eligible to get a set of series bookmarks (regardless of where you’re from).  Be sure to put a valid email address in the comment field so I can contact you.  Two random people from among the twenty will also get a free signed paperback copy of Darkness Haunts (the first book in the series).

*Update- The full number of comments has been reached.  I’ll be contacting everyone soon to get your addresses to send the bookmarks and I’ll announce on a separate post who won the paperback books.

Book trailer for Darkness Divides

I’ve got some more fun stuff for you all to help you get exited for the next book in the Sensor Series, Darkness Divides.  This book trailer took months of planning to make it happen, but I’m very pleased with how it turned out, and grateful to the team of people who helped me put it together.

To warn you, I have some subtle hints in the backgrounds that may not make full sense to you now, but will after you read the book.  Just know every part of this trailer was done for a reason.  Hope you enjoy it!

For those who missed it on Facebook, I’m also posting a promo shot of Lucas and Melena together.  It’s meant to capture the scene at the end of Chained by Darkness when they confessed how they felt about each other.  Of course, we embellished it a bit with the fire to add intensity to the scene 🙂
