How long until book three releases?
I expect to release it on November 30th, 2026. ARCS would go out the month before that.
How much time passes between books 2 & 3?
Book three will start the next morning after events from the end of Wrath & Desire.
How many books will be in this series?
Four for this series. There is a possible spinoff in my head for one character you know if I can’t get him and his potential love interest (who you don’t know) to shut up. If I wrote them, it would probably be a duology, though.
How much does the Realm of Zadrya and the Dragon’s Breath Series overlap?
The timeline for Books two and three in the Realm of Zadrya and Galadon in the Dragon’s Breath series overlap. I will recap the most important things you need to know so you don’t have to read the other series, but I would recommend reading Galadon *small spoiler follows* just because some characters from that book will become regular cast in Zadrya from this point forward.
Will this series be in Kindle Unlimited?
Yes. With each book release, readers using non-Amazon retailers get a couple of days to purchase the newest installment before it is pulled from those sites and enrolled in Kindle Unlimited.
Will the Realm of Zadrya be in audio?
Not at this time. I would truly love it in audio like most of my other books, but at this time the sales don’t justify the expense. This series is going to have very long novels, and narrators are paid by the finished hour. To have a single narrator do the first book alone would cost over $7500. The second would be at least a thousand dollars more. That’s too far out of my budget, and it would need to sell much better before I would try pitching it to my audio publisher. I would rather it be in dual or duet format (2 narrators), though, which is even more expensive. Hopefully, it picks up with readers eventually, so that audio can be a possibility.
Will the crunchertraps on Earth be coming back to Zadrya?
Do you really have to ask that question? I’m sure Jax will happily carry some of them…
